Usage within your Community
Every member's basic profile information can be seen by registered users. New Community members will be shown on the members profile sites by showing their basic general profile.
Additional personal data from your profile is not shown to other members unless defined otherwise by your profile settings. When connecting with other members these members become “contacts” and may have additional viewing rights. These rights can easily be checked in detail and changed in the profile settings if wanted.
A score based on your usage of the community services may be shown, indicating your networking activity. Your contacts are noted about your network activities and profile changes automatically.
Usage within the Network of Communities
This community is a member of the „Network of Communities“. Therefore you may choose to additionally become a member of other communities as well. Each community may define individual privacy rules that you would need to accept before joining.
Contact from the community operator
The community operator reserves the right to contact a member through her/his community account at any time for any reason.
The community operator has the right to contact a member on the registered e-mail account with information on and around the community membership and services offered in that context. The registered e-mail may not be used for promotional content of third parties.
E-Mail
For security reasons the registered e-mail account (used for login) is not displayed anywhere with your profile. Optional business and private e-mail will be displayed depending on your personal privacy settings.
Messages via the integrated community messaging system will only be forwarded to your registered e-mail account if you select this in the privacy settings.
Invitations
You may invite other people to join the community by sending them invitations via the integrated invitation function. The operator uses the data of the invited person only for the purposes of the invitation itself.
